These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coindaily. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer, which form part of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time (see Changes).
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Site. The Site is directed primarily at residents of Australia but may be accessed elsewhere. If you access the Site from outside Australia, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Site, the "Coindaily" name and branding, logos, design, layout, software and original content are owned by, or licensed to, Block Media Pty Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. All third-party names, logos and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Except for the licence in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
The Site provides general information only and is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You use the Site, and act on any information it contains, entirely at your own risk and on your own judgement. Please read our Disclaimer in full.
The Site includes third-party data and links to third-party websites, including cryptoasset exchanges. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for it. Some links are affiliate or referral links, as explained in our Affiliate Disclosure.
If you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, you consent to receiving related communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Our handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that any data will be accurate or current.

Subject to the section above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Block Media Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Block Media Pty Ltd and its personnel against any claims, losses, liabilities and costs (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Block Media submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Site. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Please check the "last updated" date above.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
